INSPIRED BY YOU, #INNHASTINGSPARK
Positioned throughout Lexington Center, you’ll find artistic equine representations, serving as both a nod to our town’s rich equestrian heritage and a canvas for creative expression.
Located at the Inn, artist Jill Strait designed our very own piece as an interpretation of Lexington`s rich farm history. Depicted are crops grown by Indigenous People such as the 3 Sisters - corn, squash & beans as well as berries, fruit vegetables and flowers grown by the Winship Family. Featured in the design are a gingham bonnet surrounded by blooms and an apple tree as an ode to the Cotton Farm Conservation in Lexington.

At the Inn at Hastings Park, we believe great food tells a deeper story — one of place, purpose, and responsibility.
That’s why we’re proud to support a delicious and sustainable movement: **cooking with green crab**.
This small but mighty invasive species has long threatened New England’s coastal ecosystems — damaging eelgrass beds, outcompeting native shellfish, and accelerating erosion. But chefs and conservationists alike are finding a solution at the table.
By bringing green crab into the kitchen, we:
✅ Help restore balance to local marine habitats
✅ Reduce pressure on native species like clams and scallops
✅ Support regional fishermen with new market opportunities
✅ Celebrate bold, local flavors with intention
Our culinary team is inspired by this mission — transforming a coastal challenge into something beautifully New England.
Join us as we explore the power of food to heal, nourish, and protect the waters we love.
