They can give us protein and growing them sustainably benefits our ecosystems.
With dishes like our Seared Pumpkin made with Jacob’s Cattle Beans, puffed rice and pumpkin leaf puree, we are not only demonstrating our commitment to lowering our environmental footprint, but also showing that this change can be adopted elegantly, nutritionally and – perhaps most importantly – deliciously.
