A Full Weekend of Cooking and Tasting with Family & Friends

 

Enjoy 20 hours of culinary instruction from Trisha Pérez Kennealy, owner of Inn at Hastings at Park. In addition to immersive cooking instruction, this perfect weekend for food enthusiasts includes a Farm & History Tour, 4-course tasting dinner with wine pairings, one dinner you’ll cook yourself, a picnic lunch and a bottle of Whispering Angel Palm rosé in your room.

Ms. Kennealy trained and earned her Diplôme de Cuisine and Diplôme de Pâtisserie at Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School in London. 

 

The Weekend

Friday

  • 11:30 a.m.: Check in to the hotel
  • 12:00 p.m.: Lunch during first culinary  session
  • 6:00 to 8:30 p.m.: Dinner party dinner

Saturday

  • 9:00 to 11:30 a.m.: culinary session over breakfast, meal included
  • 12:00 to 3:00 p.m.: “Farm & History Tour” and picnic lunch
  • 3:30 to 5:00 p.m.:Afternoon Tea
  • 7:00 p.m.: multi-course tasting menu dinner (includes expert wine pairing; additional alcohol extra)

Sunday

  • Complimentary breakfast
  • 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.: culinary session on brunch, lunch and dessert, brunch meal included
  • 12:00 p.m.: check out
  • Depart Inn at Hastings Park

Hands-On Culinary Fun

Private Cooking Classes

The Inn offers a variety of fun and informative cooking classes for all ages, some held seasonally in the Whispering Angel Culinary Garden. Guests will receive expert instruction from Inn owner Trisha Pérez Kennealy (who studied both pastry and cuisine, while earning her Grand Diplôme at Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School in London), or a member of the Inn’s culinary team. Depending on the season,  guests will interact with beds of herbs, root vegetables, edible flowers and a micro-orchard.

Reservations are not refundable unless in the event of inclement weather. If inclement weather should affect your reservation, we will try our best to reschedule your event to a different day.
