We’d be honored to host you for Turkey Day, for which—per usual—we are presenting a celebration worthy of the holiday’s focus on feasting, togetherness, and gratitude.
The Inn at Hastings Park’s Thanksgiving Day Buffet
On Thanksgiving Day—Thursday, November 27th this year—we’ll be throwing a special shindig at Town Meeting Bistro, our on-site restaurant here at the Inn that both offers exceptional everyday farm-to-table dining and a venue for holiday and other themed smorgasbords.
With reservations running from noon to 6 PM, our Thanksgiving Day buffet meal will showcase a mouthwatering selection of thoughtfully prepared and sourced deliciousness. Act One (if you will) of the feast—the appetizers—will feature Cheese & Charcuterie, Cocktail Shrimp & Cocktail Sauce, and a Wedge Salad featuring tomatoes, bacon, and a luscious blue-cheese dressing.
For sides—which, we likely don’t have to tell you, are often as much of a highlight of Thanksgiving repast as the mains—we’ve got planned a rich medley of scrumptious offerings. They’ll include (but not be limited to) Parker House Rolls & Vermont Creamery Butter, Glazed Delicata Squash With Pomegranate Molasses, Fried Brussels Sprouts With Apple Cider Vinaigrette, Cornbread With Molasses Butter, and—as you’d surely expect—Mashed Potatoes and Gravy as well as Stuffing and Cranberry Sauce.
Roasted Turkey takes center stage among the entrées, which will also feature Yankee Pot Roast, Bourbon-Glazed Arctic Char, and Stuffed Zucchini With Corn and Beans.
And the whole, delectable shebang will wind down with some showstopper desserts: Pumpkin Pie With Chantilly Cream, Salted Caramel Apple Cake, Linzer Cookies, and Chocolate Cremeux.

Tickets for our Thanksgiving feast at Town Meeting Bistro are $135 for adults and $70 for children ages four to 12, with tykes three and under eating for free.
