Dining at the Inn at Hastings Park
As many a foodie from near and far has discovered, our on-site Inn restaurant, Town Meeting Bistro, provides some of the finest farm-to-fork dining in the Greater Boston Area. Classic New England flavors and local seasonal ingredients define the bistro-style menu here, which you can tuck into for breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well as our Saturday High Tea and Sunday Champagne Brunch.
The seasonal menu at Town Meeting Bistro—dreamed up by an impeccable team headed by Executive Chef Alissa Tsukakoshi—is also available through October in our lovely Culinary Garden, where you can enjoy it alongside sparkling wines from Schramsberg Vineyards at rustic wooden tables surrounded by herb-filled garden boxes.
Culinary Education & Experiences at Our Lexington, MA Inn
The meals available at Town Meeting Bistro and the Culinary Garden alone make the Inn at Hastings Park a gourmet destination, but they aren’t the only foodie-friendly enticements we offer.
If you want to sharpen your own skills in the kitchen, for instance, consider one of our culinary-education experiences. Our popular Supper Club Series, for example, combines cooking class and dinner party to marvelous effect, thanks to the knowledge and warmth of Inn owner Trisha Pérez Kennealy: a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School in London, where she earned a Diplôme de Cuisine and Diplôme de Pâtisserie.
Upcoming Supper Club events include All About Tomatoes on September 18th and All About Roasts on October 16th.
A Supper Club soirée also kicks off our Immersive Cooking Weekend experience on Friday evening, followed up by a Farm & History Tour and multi-course wine-pairing dinner on Saturday and a lively Sunday brunch. Our next Immersive Cooking Weekend—a truly unforgettable Inn getaway—falls September 13 – 15.
Next up in our Farm to Vine Dinner Series, meanwhile, is a Hispanic Heritage Dinner on September 26th: the perfect way to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month. Executive Chef Alissa’s five-course pairing menu, a tribute to Latin American cuisine, will feature local seasonal goodness from Lexington Community Farm and refreshments from Lapostolle Wines, a Chilean winery.
