Before visiting Inn at Hastings Park, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our reservation policies.
Deposit Policy:
Credit card required at time reservation is made. A $100 deposit is required at the time the reservation is made.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be received 72 hours prior to the day of arrival to avoid penalty charges to your credit card of 50% of the total room nights for reservations with a two or more night stay. For reservations of less than two nights, a penalty charge of 100% of the room rate will be applied to your credit card. An administrative fee of $100 will be charged for all cancellations. Your $100 deposit will be forfeited for all cancellations at any time.
Early Departure Fee:
Early departures will result in a penalty in the amount of the remaining nights room and tax.
Amenity Fee:
Inn at Hastings Park charges guests a $30.00 daily amenity fee in addition to their room rate in order to make their visit as relaxing and worry-free as possible. The amenity fee includes all gratuities for hotel staff including housekeeping; complimentary overnight parking; complimentary in-room refreshments that are restocked daily; high-speed Internet access; all local phone calls; and a selection of daily Inn activities.
Room Tax:
11.7%
Additional Guests:
All rates may be subject to additional charges for additional guests. A $95.00 fee will be applied to the room rate for any additional guest 12 years or older.
Check-In/Check-Out:
Standard Check-in time is 4:00pm and standard Check-out time is 12:00pm. Enquire about our late Check-out option, additional charges may apply. A standard piece of ID is required at the time of check-in.
