A stay at The Inn at Hastings Park offers an abundance of opportunities to explore the Lexington, Massachusetts area and greater Boston.

History buffs can enjoy the many historical landmarks, attractions, tours and museums located mere footsteps from the Lexington Battle Green, where the American Revolutionary War began. The Liberty Ride® also includes a trolley tour of the many historic sites in the area, such as famous taverns and battlefields. Those interested in American literature can visit the homes of famous authors near our hotel, including Ralph Waldo Emerson, Louisa May Alcott and Nathaniel Hawthorne, as well as tour Walden Pond, where transcendentalist Henry David Thoreau lived and wrote. For shopping, try the Burlington Mall.

The Inn is situated along the Minuteman Bikeway, a beloved 11-mile rail trail, and we have our own fleet of bikes and helmets available for use. Other nearby recreational activities include hiking, cycling, cross-country skiing and canoeing, depending on the season. Additionally, Lexington’s proximity to Concord, Harvard Square and Cambridge, Boston, the Merrimack Valley and Salem provides visitors with access to a variety of cultural, sightseeing and shopping excursions.
