OUR CULINARY TEAM

Artistry on the Green’s creative culinary team is led by Executive Chef Anthony Mazzotta, who has built his culinary career applying a combination of classical training and a homespun passion for great food. At Artistry on the Green, Anthony embraces cooking techniques that heighten the freshest ingredients, while adhering to his philosophy that simple preparations can outshine the complicated.

Anthony has honed his culinary skills in the kitchens of some of America’s most highly acclaimed restaurants. Looking for adventure as a young graduate of New Hampshire College Culinary Institute, Anthony went to work at The French Laundry in Napa Valley and its sister restaurant, Per Se, in New York. Then, returning to Boston, Anthony worked with Ken Oringer at Toro. Prior to running the kitchen at Artistry on the Green, Anthony served as sous chef at EVOO in Cambridge and executive chef at Lucca Back Bay.

However, Anthony’s culinary training started long before he donned his first chef’s whites. He grew up with Italian parents, who cured their own sausages, grew gardens ripe with fresh produce and made their own wine. These same values are celebrated at Artistry on the Green, where Anthony works closely with the area’s top farmers and purveyors to bring the best of New England’s local, seasonal ingredients to the table.

PARKING

Restaurant parking is available in our lot off of Worthen Road. We ask that restaurant guests do not park in our Massachusetts Ave lot as these spots are reserved for overnight guests.

In consideration of our neighbors, please do not park on the residential side streets off of Massachusetts Ave. If parking is unavailable in our Worthen Road lot, restaurant guests can park on Worthen Road toward Bedford Street.
